The colours and spec of the SP1 is unreal. But seems such a shame that the owner will always be alone with the car. I think the SP2 makes more sense. Maybe the owner has one in the same colours? Great content James!

Lol the basement cars are covered in dust, it’s definitely a pseudo storage unit for some. I’m guessing most of the owners have multiple cars in there that rotate through their fleet and barely see any miles

When you talk about the scale of Dubai... I feel that. I was lucky enough in past years to travel to Abu Dhabi as a technology journalist, as a guest of Emirates, to visit their A380 maintenance hangar and global hub fresh food in-flight catering facility. The scale was stunning, the attention to detail and expense and *sheer scale* is something I won't forget!

This building is off the grid. Jat like the Blue Cube IKEA Swedish furniture showrooms worldwide. IKEA spent $7 Billion USD to make green solution improvements to take every single IKEA building completely off the grid. They succeeded. You can go to an IKEA showroom and find many of the refrigerators are on - it costs them nothing. Wanna go green? Good for tax rebates and incentives on both corporate and private homeowner level and very good for TCO and ROI numbers. A guy in California is making back his mortgage payment selling electric to the local grid - lives in a million dollar house for FREE. These guys in Dubai are forward thinking and profit minded. Green solutions save money and long term make money. Absolutely amazing.
