Dammit, they should change so it is possible to play only s Grots, make them like normal infantry that takes pop, 2 grots = 1 pop, but able to make more than 4, also an late game upgrade that makes them free instead of the melee orks, give the option to build grot tanks early or mid game, give them more vehicles, like artillarie and planes.
