Be advised Th Muhivah is an Indian agent. After he got picked up by Indian governmt post getting caught by Bankok govt on behest of Indian govt, he striked a deal with Indian govt to become a show face leader misleading Naga people in exchange for his life to be spared by Indian govt. Indian govt would have easily let him rot in Thai Jail if they were to, but instead they had better idea with this guy. This is my personal opinion... If we don't call this freedom than what is freedom?? Do we really need a seperate flag and a Constitution?? Whats the need of violence ? Nagaland is getting so much.already given special status by Indian govt. In fact if you compare it with other mainland states , it will look like Other states are being discriminated. for eg : - Some of the civil laws of India do not overrule the certain Tribal laws Such things do not apply to Tribal areas of mainland states. -Nagaland gets one of the Highest per capita grants then most of the states of mainland India.( even the poorest states dont get that much ) - Nagaland ( and few other )- No outsider can enter Nagaland without ILP leave aside settling over there. A Naga can purchase land any where in India. - Nagaland got a NIT ,a medical college , etc all started in last 10 -15 years. No tourists/ students will come to Nagaland if insurgency starts. it will back to dark ages. Compare yourself with Mayanmar Naga, Inspite of insurgency Indian naga are doing much better here. Learn from Meghalaya one of the peaceful states of NE. it got IIM, Noreastern medical institute etc all because of peaceful environment. Those supporting violence in comments , I think they havent lost any close one in such insurgency. its very painful.

I believe one doesn't have to experience or go through a rough phase /atrocities to understand and learn about the situation occurred in the past. It is true that they cannot truly empathise the event but they can certainly know and show empathy towards it. Also we necessarily do not have to cling on to the past as long as the present seem to be flowing in the right pace and right direction. we cannot keep blaming and have a grudge on the germans for killing 5 Million jews, but we can and 'must' move on and end the resentment towards the germans for their inhuman action, while we still learn about why and how they ended up the way they did and keep reminding ourself and one another "how" not to repeat them again. Just as this we Nagas need to let the next generation decides for themselves. On what kind of future they want and in which direction they want to steer the wheel, lest we feed them with grotesque past and instil hatred just as to repeat the history again. It's imaginable to change the government of India. And the country of India is one political party and one constitution. India cannot be divided into two governments or two constitutions. Negative impacts which will affect the Naga in present and future are: 1.There will be migration from outside of the nagaland. 2.High population rate. 3. @@Hopingsonchahongnao my girlfriend is a Naga, a Tangkhul to be precise. I've visited nagaland many a times. Also, read a lot about it. Anyway, at the end of the day, I'm an outsider. However, I'm not against Nagas. I love them. That's why I only want good for the nagas. Nagas were occupied by the Britishers. The road connecting Dimapur to Imphal is a reminder of it. However, Britishers didn't try to control naga areas , especially in deep forests, because it had no useful mining or minerals like crude oil or gold. Also, Nagas were their own enemies, killing each other, from different tribes. It was like a home divided where everyone was fighting everyone. Just like a civil war. No wonder nagas didn't develop their own script, or own language. Nagamese is a made up language, from Assamese & other languages. Nagas couldn't develop any historical buildings or palaces like Taj Mahal, indus valley civilisation architecture. There is even a dispute about the origin of the name 'Nagas'. Anyway, I can go on and on. I don't want to belittle you but this is what the reality is, I think. I try to be a neutral person. If I'm wrong then you can correct me. Nobody possess perfect knowledge. So I'm also ready to know more about the topic. You can suggest me books, documentaries or other such things which will help me to do away with my ignorance. Same is the case for other tribal states of mizoram, and manipur. The area was merge into Assam and kangleipak and its area divided by the present ( pre independent) by the British. This sentiment needs to be recognised by the Indian govt.

Hey I am bodo from BTC(Bodoland Territorial Council) and I will say our problem that we are facing now , we bodo people are also very concern about saving our land, our culture and our future generation because today in our bodoland area their is many Bangladeshi's illegal migrants which is around 7-8 lakhs or more than that and in many areas at bodoland we bodo are becoming minority and illegal migrants are becoming majority 🤡. As we are demanding for separate state Bodoland to protected our culture, our land, etc. But according to Central government it is a political issue and nothing else. Recently just 4 years ago BTR accord was sign between india government, assam state government and with our leaders in which area extension of bodoland territorial council was demand, as assam government never want to created separate state Bodoland they very cleverly include area exclusion and inclusion at accord from BTC six schedule area, in areas where bodo people are minority, now say we bodo people are shouting from several years to Indian government and state government that because of Bangladeshi illegal migrants today we are losing our majority in many areas they don't listen to us and now they are going to remove the areas from bodoland six schedule area in which area we bodo has lost majority because of illegal migrants, lekin for central government it is political issue.
