@samuellawani7777 actually it does. If someone has a build-up of ear wax, the right thing to do is add a few drops of baby oil to soften it, and then it will come out. For more serious build-up, a hospital visit is in order. You should only clean the external part of your ear and not venture into the canal, to avoid injury and infections.
