Matt: This was so much fun to watch. I learned a few new tips while I was watching and laughing. Lamb stew w/mixed veggies & potatoes or over Basmati rice. Add some corn muffins or corn bread. Edit: Forgot to say you put this in your crock pot for 4 hrs, 6 if you add potatoes.

Smoked gouda is necessary in Mac/cheese. I also butter a cast iron skillet and preheat it to 275 and then add the Mac/cheese to it as the oven heats up to 375 to finish for 20 minuets. YUM crusty bottom/sides:) Taco's next please!
