Hi all. I want to share with you 7 kettlebell exercises that will make you strong as they will be involved in the whole body.
The kettlebell is a very versatile simulator and with its help you can really pump up. The main thing here is to choose the right weight for yourself and, with a period of time and progress, take the heaviest weights.
There are a lot of exercises with a kettlebell, I have identified 7 exercises that fit well into one workout. You can either increase the training time or decrease it. You can also do it multiple times. For me, this is the most convenient training format to perform for a while with short rest periods.
Whatever your goal in achieving an aesthetic physique, the kettlebell can both create a beautiful body and make that body strong. Therefore, the main thing is to watch your diet, do not overeat, do not eat before bedtime and recover well. Together with training, progress is inevitable.
