The "Scary Night" painting reminds me of The Little Match Girl. It's something heartwarming rather than scary, isn't it? And yet I didn't quite remember the story, I just went to watch a video. Aww, it was actually a sad sad story. The whole story was about how the poor girl died on the cold street😭

Perfect lesson!! I have a doubt. "hoping that they would stay on the side of their street" Why do you use the word "would" and I want to know if I can eliminate it and even so the sentence is correct?

one thing i didn't understand is use of "as fast as" because many time i see this phrase using to compare two person like she is as fast as me or she is not as fast as me .please tell me if this is fixed phrase
