That's RCA Audio Input female jack usually placed at the back of the amplifiers but its not necessary. You can skip that part and directly connect it to the Bluetooth module Audio Input.

They have a mistake there, one of the speakers is connected in anti-phase. The output does not have a common ground, it cannot be connected to headphones.

@@Charlotte63567 You may need at least 12v 3A power supply. I bought this board and now using it with 12v 3A power supply. The board is amazing as I am using it to drive my 6.5 inch JBL GTO609C two 90Watts speakers. Although the board is unable to handle more than 60 percent of the volume from my samsung tab s4 the sound quality is incredible. Need to use a volume potentiometer and a decent power supply with it. I have seen others have used 18v 3.5 A laptop's power adapter with this board.

use a tone control preamp, the one that has bass, mid , treble, volume controls.. these TPA amps are known to have less bass and high on treble, so a good preamp is required.
