A few things I enjoy about your videos are: • seeing a professional at work, and getting a window into a world I would otherwise never experience • vicariously enjoying the relief that patients feel when their ear problems are resolved • learning new things about the ear, human anatomy, and biology in general Even I don’t fully understand why I find it so compelling, though!

I love Neel's professional drive & dedication. He also has some mad skills! I also watch Rhys & Connors channel. I love when they do the narration together. They are too funny! They really love each others company. It's lovely to watch! They're good mates who love to talk shop & have such fun doing it. Their joy is contagious! I just started watching The Wax Wizard channel, who's looking into a collaboration with Rhys & Connor. That would be great! And all these guys know each other. They each bring something wonderful to the table in their unique and individual ways.

Neel, the amount of knowledge I have gained watching your videos is unbelievable. I am not a medical professional of any sort and thankful I have no issues with my ears. Now if I had, I could very comfortably attend a doctors appointment and be well able to explain in a way that he would understand what the situation was. Thank you, I love watching and by the way I worked in a medical device factory for years and do understand the time it takes to introduce a new product and the policies attached. You have not wasted your time on this planet.

Watching a professional go about their passion, using their hard earned skills, their hands on experience, is truly fascinating Neel. You're a consummate professional, you're immensely kind, observant, dedicated, progressive and inventive. You've moved far beyond the audiology/cleaning/ear care aspects, into actually creating the next generation of tools future practitioners will use as the gold standard of care. This is completely fascinating for so many of us. Also, you are a skilled, thorough instructor and teacher, and we, your followers, learn SO MUCH from you...and it's totally fascinating! Beyond that, whether or not you realise it, you are a charismatic personality, with a fabulous voice, a quirky sense of humour, and a boundless enthusiasm for all you do. It is also clear, through your advocacy for improved and consistent standards, your willingness to stand up and speak out, that you're a highly moral and ethical person. It's all these factors, plus your honesty, transparency and openness, that makes us follow you sir. You are a leader in your profession, an inventor and an advocate for all patients. We, your fans, find you to be an admirable man, in so many ways, plus your videos are fascinating in their own right. You're the whole package Neel, and we love and support and follow you for that.

Thanks to you Dr. Neel, and yes, in my book, you are a doctor, I have started using medical grade Olive oil for my itchy ears. What a relief. For me, the fascinating part of watching you is a) I never knew any of this about the human ear and I am learning so much from you. b) you are so passionate about what you do. c) I love how you use the proper queens' English, I wish we did that here in the states. d) It is so satisfying to see you help these people with your kindness and compassion.

I’ve asked this before. When do you get any sleep? You’re always working on some development. I was very interested to hear about the various suction probes you use. You’ve come ahead leaps and bounds over the last two years. You’re absolutely amazing. I like to watch infected ears and this case was no different. Except perhaps as you have observed for yourself, it could be fungal. Hence a swab to be done. I’m no audiologist but I tend to agree with this observation. I’ve had ear infections before and they are very painful. This patient didn’t seem to have that hallmark. However she did have itchiness. I’d be interested to hear about those results. Don’t worry if you miss a day or two posting when you’re ultra busy. We get it. ❤❤

Good morning Neel, I am so in awe of your procedures, and thank you for explaining the anatomy of the ear as well pathophysiology applicable to the patient. I have watched some other videos where the patient has been treated quite barbarically ie with quite severe damage to the ear canal using the instruments inappropriately causing a lot of damage pain which appears ti have exasperated ear drum damage. Thank you for showing the gold standard procedures.

Slow progress and frustratingly unthorough (even the first canal). I wish Neel would more often start peeling up from the lateral edge. Quicker progress can be made that way, and it can quickly make it clear where the ear canal wall is located.
