Capitol Waste Services collecting trash in the Allston neighborhood of Boston with one of their Mack MR McNeilus rear loaders .The trash/recycle collection in Boston is split between Capitol and Sunrise Scavenger the residential neighborhoods are serviced by capitol and the downtown neighborhoods are serviced by Sunrise .
