coming back to this gem in nearly 2025. Man, i gotta say, besides maybe incandenza (retail), you are the first blood dk with high rating blood dk arena content, which just slaps 99% of the community in the face with the elephant in the room, bro actually did it. me, i could never pull it off because i dont have stable arena partners and am generally not interested in competitive arena on warmane (scripters, pqr, dodgers, it's rotten to the core but what do you expect of a private server), but you are like living proof that blood is a completely viable spec, and on top of it all you did it without shadowmourne :^)

Taunt for pet is mostly usless because good players will insta give them command to attack other target, use taunt off gcd to have more fallen crusader procs as it should proc the weapon enchant.

For Gargoyle not pet. On pets I'm even not sure if it works at all. For Gargoyle on Warmane it sometimes bugs out and Gargoyle is stuck attacking you forever after taunt or in case DK did blow up his pet Gargoyle also switches to you permanently. :)

Hi, maybe seems like a silly question but im new to melee. When you say, have a second weapon to counter disarm, you mean that you have to time when a disarm is coming to switch weapons and then get disarmed for 50%. Or you can switch your weapon AFTER being disarmed and get the reduction afterwards? If thats the case it seems like a flaw on design but no doubt ill use it lol

Hey, you have to swap it before getting the disarm. Only this way you will get 50% shorter disarm.

Hi, I think going for arp in gems should always give better results than str until you reach arp cap. I am leveling blood dk on classic myself and idk yet how I will gear it. If you can afford ofc trinket like Greatness for str would be BIS but that's another topic. (:

@@jayjohnson6152 hmm defo unholy seems always the best option but im kinda pumping with blood too, i havent try to push cr or anything but for capping points at low cr or having fun at bgs for now its pretty fun, idk how viable its gonna be with a healer but i would like to try at some point and push with a preg pala, i believe its gonna pump for some reason. ill give it a try cus for real i find boring af to play unholy :P

Never sacrifice dancing rune weapon (it's 20-50% dmg increase lol [50 on paper but there comes resilience and armor etc])

They hit less but more consistently and they have many stuns that make them very easy to setup burst combos

No. I just don't have Shadowmourne. Shadowmourne is about 7-12% more dmg.

On earlier patches from what I've heard Blood was much stronger, but I've never played it on those patches. But if playing on patch 3.3.5a you need end-game gear.

I think you both should go a bit defensive, as with purges you will have enough dmg to kill. In between going for kill, turtle around pillar and wait for cooldowns and stabilize behind LoS alot especially vs war pala.

I have played it in every WotLK season and it is a-bit-below-glad mmr viable on every season I would say. I ran out of gametime before I leveled up DK to 80 becouse I've realised there is no cross-realm pvp and lost motivation to play. Gehennas is locked and other servers literally have almost no PvP players so I was stuck in stoopid situation. If Blizzard enables cross-realm pvp or enables transfers to Gehennas then I might return to play DK. Cheers

Widziałem że zmieniasz sigile, jakie i dlaczego? Z tego co rozumiem używasz sigil of awarness, nie będzie lepszy ten na 200 sily po death strike'u ? Zwiększy dmg ze wszystkiego. Z brońmi rozumiem dlaczego zmieniasz bo na jednej masz disarm enchant.

200 siły po death striku na pewno jest crapem w porównaniu do tego pod ds dmg. Jeżeli coś zmieniałem to pewnie na death coil dmg bo testowałem ostatnio pamiętam przeciwko plate. Ale ogólnie blood jest dalej useless vs plate i mail, może to kwestia serwera bo na Warmane dancing rune weapon jest zbugowany i nie uwzględnia ARP. 900 dmg do death strike'a bis. Chyba że na sam proc będziesz ogarniać i na jeden death strike zakładać ten 200 str to może mieć sens ale i tak nieznaczny :)

I understand that aspect of things But for me, blood was always too unreliable vs caster comps which essentially was every other team in the Meta in higher mmr games. Not to mention the almighty warrior pala comps 😂.. how did you deal with these counter comps?
