This is a full, no commentarry speedrun of the new PSVR game, Psychonauts: In the Rhombus of Ruin, written by Tim Schafer. Watch it like you would a movie.
Taking place immediately after the events of the first game, Raz, Sasha, Milla, Lilly and Coach all go on a trip to the mysertious Rhombus of Ruin to save Lilly's dad, the famous Truman Zonato. However, things soon take a turn for the worse...
Taking place in a stationary, first person perspective, you control Raz as he uses his psychic abilities to jump between minds, lift objects and set things on fire. Solve puzzles and save your friends as you take on a unique VR perspective unlike any other before.
If you have a PSVR, why not buy the game for yourself? It's REALLY fun: store.playstat...

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by to watch this! Here we are years later and I had no idea this video would ever get this popular. Didn't even realize I was one of the few to do a full playthrough of this. Thank you for your patronage it is much obliged. I have more cinematic no commentary content like this on my channel if you are interested as well as let's plays, music videos and live streams If you're not interested in any of that and you're just here for this video that's perfectly fine too. I'm glad I was able to help you get caught up on the story before Psychonauts 2 came out. As a fan of the Kingdom Hearts franchise I find being able to stay caught up on everything is important LOL. Thanks again! 😁

I’m more concerned about how raz might not actually be a psychic he might be a psychic that’s more powerful than the others, Think about it he was the only one who was able to resist the psylirum and no other character managed to. I think one of my favorite things about this series is that nearly every villain is really more of a villain of circumstance. Like there's always something that made them the way they are, and healing that trauma makes them a better person. It's just really neat.

I like to headcanon that Raz never told anyone what happened in Loboto's memory vault. The feeling that what happened to Loboto could've happened to him if his parents were more intolerant or had more connections to a hospital like Dadboto did. That's absolutely horrifying, to think he could've ended up with only part of his brain functioning, driven to insanity by his own family.

Although you do move around the angle a lot when playing, I'm glad to find one that has subtitles and good volume. Plus no talking. Bonus. I really like this game and I would like to see how this would affect Psychonauts 2. Also that twist was so shocking to me, I don't even know that to think anymore.

Michigo Sinister thanks for the compliment. Most of my videos actually do have commentary as let's plays are the core of my channel but I do realize that everyone has different taste so here and there I do videos like this for people like you as well. Diverse content for a wider audience :-)

I'm glad to hear that you understand that there some people have different tastes when it comes to videos. Though, just so you know, I do like Let's Plays but only for certain games. This is the kind of game where I prefer no talking because I want to hear the story over the talking.

Michigo Sinister I agree with it depending on the game. Abzu is another game for example that I think benefits from no commentary. but I also do music videos, challenge videos, no commentary gameplay videos, miniature walkthroughs and sometimes live action comedy skits just to keep everything fresh and draw in different crowds. anyways, thanks for watching! I hope you have a good one

Nonetheless, this is definitely one of, if not the best, VR games made to date IMO.
