They are granting visa's because they earn a lot of money from international students. And PR is not a right. It is not written anywhere on a visa that you will be a PR after your study. Almost no one comes here for study, they want to settle in which the government doesn't want. They want, you complete your study & go back to your home country, that's what people write on SOP too.

I don't agree, India is not a jungle rule. Its personally how you are raised in home as well as school. So don't generalize it. Its a Canada problem. The High commission of Canada and their subordinates must be corrupt and hand in glove with PR team here, this is happening becomes they are getting money in bribe. The vetting needs to done properly. Ofcourse you should acknowledge and follow the values of country you are applying PR. Also I feel that Canadian govt should have a ratio of representatives in parliament appropriately, thus having a common man feel that his voice is heard.

Hello, i have taken admission in twu and i was put in tlc because one of my uelts module was having a low score according to requirement, and due to late visa arrival i was then deferred from May to September intake. I wrote my duolingo exam to avoid TLC, and all i need is LOA from the university, but they are telling it will take 6-8 weeks to process from now. I am very anxious because i don't want to miss the September intake. I also emailed them, the automated reply came in that due to summer break email replies are slower than normal range. I think I might be able to answer your question from my 2-year experience in Canada. The truth is most field-jobs almost demand some years of experience (3-4 years) so it is almost impossible for someone who has just completed their 12th to get a field-job here without any experience. So, if you have just completed your 12th, don't come as it will simply waste your money. Earn some experience & then come. Again, it's just my personal opinion so you do what you feel is good for you :)

Here you may get a labour job after many efforts, but you wont be able to focus on your studies as part time jobs here are on odd times and eats majority of your time. If you want to do bachelors in Canada, do it in high demand careers and with 1 year of internship. My friend took 1 year of internship and was able to apply for PR. So choose a field that will allow you to do a 1 year internship before you finish your studies. And go for provinces that are accepting people with bachelor's degrees to apply for PR. You can always plan ahead and go for Master's as for some provinces the criteria for PR is that you complete a Master's and submit for a PR regardless of job experience. You just need to show some money in your account that you can survive without a job for a whole year, until your application is processed. Best of luck!

Moving to a new country at 18 years old is not advisable at all. A recent high school graduate should go to a good university in India. This is the same happening in the U.K with International students from India, Pakistan etc...where the one plus 2 yrs(work visa) which existed until 2023 , has been reduced to one year of student visa only, knocking off the 2 yrs work visa from 2024....hence these students are making their way to work in care homes (not realising that they are wasting 5 yrs of their career in care homes if not from the medical field)where they think they can get a sponsor from the care homes to work her for 5 yrs and get a PR in the U.K and then get on to the actual work they can pursue with the studies for which they came here for ...this is one way...No idea whether this shows the inefficiency of the Indian Government /system or is there a scarcity of Universities to undergo Graduation/Masters or people only value a certificate from the west to work in India?
