Lots of great gear man, its refreshing to see someone who knows about the weekness of so called "survival knifes" there are a few things I think you could replace with lighter more compact items, like that colman stove could be replaced with a alcohol burner and a small bottle of everclear. Which would leave you room for more important things like a bottle of water. Also something good to add to a grab bag is photos of your family photos are often lost in disasters, I laminate mine as well.
