Went there last year. Good food but you had to pay separately for all the side dishes so in the end it was quite expensive i thought.

The 'red sauce' 6 tablespoons tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon mint sauce 1 tablespoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt lemon juice red colouring water to consistency required. Some places add tamarind paste/sauce Perhaps if you go back, seeing how you gave 10/10 they will gladly give you their recipe.
