We have been going to Bodrum for the past 7 years and can honestly say that Curlys is our favourite place ( Mehmet) or as hes known to everyone, Curly and his brother Mustafa are great hosts. They also have the best bar manager in the world Naif, he would agree 😀 and Speedy (the chef) is amazing, turning out great food time and again. The whole vibe of the bar is brilliant, shaded,sunny,cool music and of course the pool. The dogs get a mention too, Lady and Honey. At night the bar buzzes with fun, laughter and filled with really nice people. We will always gravitate to Curlys, for all the reasons above and most of all because when you arrive you feel part of the family. Well done on visiting and rating the place, and you're right it's def a 10/10.

I've known Curly for at least 20 years and always have a meal or 2 there. The Demeter is one of the highest rated restaurants in Bodrum and quite rightly so. The food is excellent and the breakfast is superb. I'm looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks, having not been to Bodrum since 2010.

Nice video. Going to Gumbet in a couple of weeks. What is the best currency to use, Turkish lira or euros ?

i want to no the same i would prefer euro
@AlrightJools7 ай бұрын
Money is money to them. Lol But exchange Lira in Turkey, you get a better rate than in UK. If you have a revolut card, exchange on that and pay by card. Get an even better rate. Most bars/restaurants prices are shown in Lira. Shops tend to say euro or sterling but better prices for sterling. Just haggle and if you aren't happy with price, walk away

Mix of lira and sterling.. easy to change sterling whilst there in most bars
