That's just impossible, every DPS has such a wide Damage Range, not to mention the difference between relic quality. Its just that Mr. Pokke is built different. Truly the 1% Man 🗿

@ They have the complete damage formula at their disposal. All they have to do is plug in their expected breakpoints and solve for X, which would be the boss HP. They don’t have to account for weaker than optimal teams because those will have other means of reminding the player of their struggles. But they can predict the damage output of meta chasers who would be most susceptible to 1% frustrations.

I've always been saying, even during the leaks before 3.0, that RMC (and the limited version of them coming in the future) is (are) gonna be one of the biggest damage amplificators in the game. The pure brokenness of 50% maximum extra final damage that scales off of the original damage is insane. And this is gonna play out for how powerful they become with every upcoming DPS, especially for those with 200+ max energy

Honestly RMC is pretty sht with Jingliu because of her lower multiplier so the true dmg barely feel like a dmg increase, not to mention their av is way too inconsistent for Jingliu and her turn advance completely ruin the true dmg buff uptime

She just dead on arrival, even e6 is bad. Idk how they manage make the most weak limited dps in history. My Jingliu have 230 crit damage and atk boots, i run hero with Robin and Sunday, and this hoe deal ZERO dmg. Im really concerned about pulling limited dps now

@@igg5974 Yeah but her kit was designed in a way that nothing can salvage it later. She belongs to no archetype, shes not FUA, shes not exactly ultimate focused, not dots, and not break. Her multipliers are super low compared to pure hypercarries. In other words she's literally not salvageable in any kind of way. Even Jing Yuan got saved by remembrance.

@@ZionYB Yup i totally agree honestly the only way JL might be kind of salvageable is with a brand new support that fully buffs Ice dmg and does it in a crazy way something similar to the Remembrance path the SU do with frozen and ice. That being said The Hurta is now out so powercreep non the less. And if they do get that kind of support out then a new ice dps will be out shortly after knowing how Hoyo works The Hurta's not exactly safe either.

Gotta love the fact that even if ur character has sim u statlines...on element...with eidolons...they still seem unbuffed compared to before. I get the hp inflation but what about the defense inflation? Why is no one talking about that one? It's is unironically more annoying to deal with. cause now ur units not only do they deal less dmg than the new ones...but they deal less dmg than themselves from a patch or 2 ago. My seele does around 70k less dmg per ult on avg compared to last rotation...no change in gear teammates or even the enemy type...but she just does less dmg now cause enemies are way more resistant to dmg in general.

make a problem, sell the solution harmony star rail strikes again with Tribbie "buffing" units by giving debuffing stats. RES PEN which was found only in E6 dps (and RM) and increased dmg taken by enemies. She also has def shred on e4, but they might swap that to like e1 or e2 to try and sell it even harder
