It's too bad the final battles don't have appropriate epic music to go with them, but just the same (at this point tired) regular battle songs. So much lost potential there.

I tried really hard to like this game, but the combat is just too slow and dull.

You cheat, plain and simple - cheat through boring battles, fight the ones that count.

@@ryandavid1277 No need, everything is in the game itself - debug menu, cheats, just google it up - just input some commands and you're all set. Also dont be shy to check the manual - game can be very obtuse about what you need to do at times, with all that I had plenty of fun with it.

@@ryandavid1277 No mod, its all in the game from the start, just look it up and use it. Makes the experience much more smooth, a lot of fights can be just instawon instead of slogging.

Worthless game just bugged out and prevented me from entering the final fight. I beat Kaleb and it sent me back to the World Map outside of Wind City. I can fly back and be right before Kaleb's fight, but every time I beat him it does it again and again. For an already exhausting and frankly poorly-developed game (quality voice acting, interesting world design and a generic but enjoyable-enough story, but *shit* drawn-out puzzles and combat), this was the shit cherry on top of a mud pie. If I didn't have a sentimental attachment to this game and a lot of cheat codes to make up for its many shortcomings, I'd probably fucking hate it.

I agree. I also don't understand why a game that seems to try and emulate JRPGs so much completely lacks music. It's almost not existent, except for some drums occasionally.
