What a great tune and dont know how many more hidden gems there are in Carolans portfolio that I havnt heared yet. This was dropped out by a friend of mine at our new local session in Alrewas on wednesday night and is just one of those tunes you have to learn which I pretty well have but really like your renditions David. I've had this on repeat for the last hour. I've found other versions of this tune, but none of them kick arse like yours does. This is one of the most fun tunes I've ever heard, and I'm going to learn it tomorrow. I want to start learning it right now, but it's 4am, and my upstairs neighbours wouldn't be thrilled if I got my flute out now.
