They are some Blk woman that have that look , Joe has. The problem is due to high obesity levels in the Black community for the most part its hard to tell if someone is a man or woman because the body is full of body fat for some males and mostly females. We are at a 70% obesity rate for Blk women so I can understand why some ppl thought Joe Netta was a female. I have aunts and grandmas that have the same look..the face might not as be unattractive but its along the same line.
