I’m just going by my experience- yrs ago when I sold my first home , family members came from everywhere and it’s not that they are losers, far from it but everyone needed to borrow money because they knew I had it. I didn’t make what you would consider a lot of money but nobody wanted to hear it. Before you knew it that money was gone - yes, I was paid back but it’s NOT the same as having it in the bank FULL STOP. I wasn’t going to the bank when they would make payments here and there. I’m a giving person, especially with my people but I NEVER made that mistake again. Even going on vacation- if you don’t budget yourself and just spend it all adds up. Then you asked yourself where the money go? But when you add it up , yeah it adds up. I don’t think Carlos was letting them know that there’s going to be a bill for every where they went, stay, transportations - luxury cars, plane tickets. I guess I don’t understand who’s supposed to fund this? Joe wants to be famous. It takes money to make money. My personal observation is, none of them are professional people. However, Joe rubs me the wrong way- I just don’t trust him and my instincts haven’t failed me yet.
