Posting on a halfyear old vid, but it recalls a cool little story. I got the headphones edition, and I wore them occasionally. I went to the launch party for Metal Gear Rising wearing them. At the bar, a guy stopped me and said something like "You're a SR fan?" I said "Sure am!" He had the warmest smile and said "That makes me so happy to see someone representing. I'm a Volition dev." We went on pretty much talking about SR3 for a bit then went our separate ways back into the party. As it was wrapping up, I was telling my friend about it and he says "Did you ask about SR4?" me: "Damn, lemme go find him!" So I saw him again about a min later and I casually asked "You guys got any plans for 4?" He just grinned at me and said "Stay tuned man. All I can say." About two months later it got announced. tl;dr my SR3 headphones lead to meeting a V-dev and confirming SR4. Pretty cool for some otherwise disappointingly cheap 'phones.

For the SR3 headset, it can connect to the Xbox One controller and work with the intended effects. For personal taste, I kinda wish Volition had released something with the Decker rollerblader on it. My personal favourite thing they introduced in Saints Row The Third.
