The last picture of a child is about finding a missing child. IU's own youtube content always includes a search for missing children at the end. This is because IU's KZbin channel is viewed by a very large number of people in Korea, and IU hopes to use it to help find missing children. IU always wants her fame to be a force for good, and this is one of the ways she does it.
