@paladinboyd12284 жыл бұрын
If I remember rightly the studio got worried over the budget being so high for a adult film. They knew it couldn’t be for all audiences and it was too much of a risk to bank on it doing well when the tone and story would be incredibly dark and disturbing.

Im unable of expressing how much I love this song. It's not just the rythm but the memories within. When I was but a little girl, finding nemo came out and my mother would always play this for me in our car's radio, again and again. It was around the same time that I was sitting watching my older sister play bioshock, I didn't understand a thing but I still enjoyed it. Years passed by and I eventually forgot about bioshock and about the song, then a sudden memory popped in my memory: a black slug in a game. I asked my sister what it was called and bought the game just to find out, at the very beginning of what would become my most favorite game ever, the same song... This song brings me back to some of the best memories I can ever have, and I will always hold it dear. My sister doesn't talk to me anymore and my mother is currently going through a hard time. But I just play this and close my eyes, feel like crying, but I rather smile, thank for it all...

All I can say is I’m sad and disappointed I did not get to this masterpiece sooner. As soon as I started the first game I was hooked. Played all three games back to back pretty much non stop. The atmosphere, world, characters, everything about it was living, breathing as if I was really apart of that world and 1950’s era. It is very rare to experience a game or series where you wish you could erase it from your memory to only just experience it for the very first time all again and Bioshock is one of those hands down without a doubt. Phenomenal, these games are some of my favorite of all time. Chef’s kiss to the developers and everyone on team. Truly a work of freaking art ❤

The song doesn't really make sense to this game... Rapture is not beyond the sea... it literally is IN THE SEA... now if we're talking Bioshock Infinite, that would make more sense...
