I live in Brighton UK and my Ghanaian friend 'Mickey" cooks the most incredible food ..i remember most a soup made with tripe and goats hoof and many other ingredients and many many natural flavours ..plantain and spending a lot of time and efforts for hours at then it was time to eat ..absolutely incredible flavours and honestly maybe the best food i have ever tasted ..another friend of mine is Indian and he cooks very tasty and beautiful food ..the Ghanaian soup my friend Mickey made was something very new and unique in flavours and absolutely outstanding ..i want more❤ i would like to add that eating tripe and sucking marrow from a goats hoof etc is something i don't often do🙃but this proves to me i need to keep exploring new foods and flavours etc🥰
