Whoo hoo! No required mods, i like it already. Nice to see that map makers customize rather than just plunking down base game buildings everywhere. Awesome! Great work Mr.P keep it up.

Oh man, that first view over the hedge, that's epic that is! I really love the map edge and distant effects going on here too, this is one of those maps where it all blends so seamlessly with the playable area it feels like you could just drive on and on down the road! Everything on this map is just done so well and fits perfectly, like the buildings and houses build into the hill side like they are. This is one of those maps that hits me right in the feels, much like Six Ashes and Attingham Park, a little virtual taste of home that I didn't know I needed. Brilliant tour as always MrSealyP, and top job on the map VR Modding!!

I like that they made the gates double wide for entering the fields and no collisions on the hedges. :) it’s a very picturesque map.

I know you meant “farming” but I just imagined Subdivision Simulator where you build as many McMansions on postage stamp lots that you can fit on the map 😂

I usually stick to my American maps but every now and then a map like this comes along and I gotta give it a go.....downloaded it tonight...think im gunna go with smaller and older/antiqueish tractors etc under 300hp and just straight farm...no productions, do a few animals and just kick back and enjoy the beautiful terrain views and sounds of older tractors doin work....great lookin map 👌

Did anybody count how many times Garden center was said?....lol.....just giving u a hard time ...I know that with all the mods and maps that have come out this week it's been hectic for u Mr Sealy P....I only go to u for reviews whether mods or maps....ur attention to detail and explanation of everything possible is much respected! The textures on this map are 👌🏼. VR has opened up way the textures lie too, it actually looks like you’re turning a corner when in the fields - so good 😊

"Let's go to the hedge and look out" Yup, looks like home! I think, could be mistaken, but I think it's based on/around a place called Moss valley just north of Apperknowle near Sheffield

7:32 that I like think that should be a standard thing .. mg ocd plays up when I see junk … I sent 9 days as a apprentice rearranging our stock cupboard… and Yano what even the boss said why has it taken 20 years for a apprentice to come along and sort out stock room .. I’m now 35 and haven’t worked there or 15 years wow 15 years scary

Really nice Map, Mrsealyp with tge narrow roads you would only be able to use medium equipment maybe the like Dietz mod combine with a 250,000 l capacity 😅

One thing I've noticed, seems to be some lag when selecting land to purchase. Thought was going mad, but tested on other maps and it's something with Moss Valley

Yes it is. Very slightly modded for game play (the left hand side isn't actually connected to the right by a road in real life). However, search for Ridgeway in Sheffield on Google Maps and head left to see Moss Valley Fine Meats and Lightwood Stables.

This is a good map, only bad thing is on ps4 can't see what u own in blue have to zoom in, but brilliantly done map right near my house

Had a drive around, looks superb but not for me. Tried removing cows on main farm, but it leaves the ground way to uneven to reuse. May need to make a farm elsewhere elsewhere if enough level area. Will take another look in a while, maybe.

Testing a map before release should involve the tester running contracts at the least if the map allows. If the map allows for contracts and you can't get the contact equipment to the field that could be a very frustrating issue, especially for new players.

Just waiting for a video of someone trying to take a trailer loaded with bales through a hedge just for the bales flying everywhere lol

The hedges have the same trigger for bales as the bale fork for example. It just removes gravity for bales but if they are on a trailer you wont notice it

I like the look of these UK maps but "gritty realism " as Mrsealyp calls it and attention to detail usually means loads of decorative clutter around the farm yard and annoying little trees everywhere getting in the way.

Nothing to do with this video. But your most recent, so I hope you would see this. You were all set up to do your Ravenport series. DJ, his revisited series on Gold crest valley, and now Elm Creek are doing very well. You were on the same thing with that raven port revisited series. That was a huge mistake not to do that Series. you still have time. Do revisited maps. Those series are doing very well. Best of luck, my friend.
