everyone agreed to consider it one:) in Korea besides short uncensored bls that aren’t widely broadcasted, there are also rarely appear widely broadcasted shows where they censor it due to wider audience, so they do rarely have Chinese censored kinda shows that are indeed not bromance. “Strangers from hell” is also one of these and there are some more. You can read creator’s interviews about the “Devil Judge” about that, also even in bts in the poster making they joked about it being a bl. So everyone including actors knew very well what they were doing. There are also scenes with these two creators said they intentionally made to resemble ones from infamous romantic kdramas for ppl to understand it. But you gotta be a complete idiot to not get even without it lol
