3.5 lakhs can be expected maximum for a freshers. Our college trained us for SAP ABAP/ MM ( although i did not take part in it which i am regretting now) Ibm, Infosys, cognizant and many other companies visted our campus and they were offering the same under 3.5 lpa package. So its is not possible for a fresher to fetch more compensation from off-campus.

Good points I would like to add some more details as below. Main things it not SAP . We should call it as S.A.P . Point 1) depend on institutions only 10% most of they will not provide job its depend on market openings . Point 2) certificate of institute is not more valid . Which you will gets in near 20k with training . Only SAP certified will be valid which will cost near 50k online exam . And this certificate will gets from direct SAP German Point 3) there are many other good module like mm, SD, ewm , fico, hr, pp, etc For technical - programming module - abap , fiori/ui5 And much more modules available in SAP
