Jawaid Sahab, check my reply. The Law of supply states, as the price of a good or service, increases the quantity supplied of that good or service will also increase, vice versa, Ceteris Paribus. (For 2 marks definition)\ The Law of supply states, as a price of a good or service increases, the quantity of good or service that a supplier is offering will also increase while all other factors being equal. the law says that a higher price will motivate producers to supply a higher quantity to the market because the suppliers will seek to increase more revenue due to the higher prices. As a result of the positive relationship of price and quantity supplied, the supply curve will be an upward sloping curve. (for more than 2 marks) Yeh dono easy definitions main nay aap ko according to marks allocation bhej di hain.
