Hi! Is there any solution if you encounter a drawing with note "all parts deleted"

That just means the part the drawing is based on no longer exists. Either the item was deleted, got assigned a new number because it changed or the part/assembly mark has changed. You can delete the drawing if you do not need to keep a record of it
