For those who want to know about russian speakers in Georgia, in post Soviet countries there are still many people speaking Russian, as it was the common language for USSR citizens, but the tendency goes with a preference to the older generations or to those who still have relatives in Russia. That concerns Georgia, but countries like Ukraine or Belarus have Russian as a side official language, that might me related to the history of Slavs, we've always been very close through the history, no matter whether having conflicts or partnerships

I have heard only few mins of the original program and have to say: 1. Georgia in not a former republic! It is a republic NOW, and is a former rep. in the USSR. Such a pity a so called journalist can't tell a difference. 2. We do not have any crisis of our identity! We know exactly who we are and who we were even a few thousands of years ago ). Even our Capital is older that many countries in the world. 3. Georgian dance is way, way older than the Russian empire itself, so we definitely did not put there battle scenes just because we were fighting with them. We had Greece, Byzantine, Turk-Seljuks, Iran etc, to fight before Russians. So, girl, next time you decide to make a program, do your basic history first.
