I'm currently watching your All Achievements WR run, and I plan to watch some of the Dishonored 2 videos after I actually play it. Just finished both High and Low Chaos runs on Very Hard of the first game. Was very fun, especially the latter one, as I resolved myself to never be spotted or knock anyone out unless completely unavoidable, as well as grabbing all the coins (you have no idea how tough it is to grab the Torturer's coins without him spotting you or being knocked out).

Yes is the answer to "Does the run use Void Walkers Arsenal DLC?", which gives me a bunch of money and a broken bone charm early on and generally breaks the game. And yes, I have to loot all guards that have coins, and most of the guards I kill are the ones that have coins. There are surprisingly few though and all but two of them are always in the same spot (and the remaining two are still pretty consistent).

I check throughout the run that I am not missing coins, for example at 1:24:55 I check before going to the elevator, and there isn't much to miss after that. But missing coins does happen, and then I have to go back looking for them like at 1:13:25.

Do the rules allow skipping the coins at the Hound Pits Pub? I know it doesn't count at the end of the level for the coin total, but still, you missed well over 1100 coins in the first Hound Pits section alone.

Yes they do. Since they don't show up when you finish the mission there isn't an easy way to verify that you picked them up.

The easiest way to play Dishonored is neither, killing when you need to but ignoring most enemies. Of the two I'd say high chaos is easier since you can just kill whomever you want, and you are ridiculously overpowered in Dishonored, whereas a ghost playthrough limits you in many ways.

They all work in a completely unmodified version of the game, although some elevators can be really difficult to do at a low framerate. For that reason, we use modified ini files, that uncap the framerate as well as disables some graphical effects (notice the lack of shadows throughout the run). I check at regular intervals if I missed any. I think I have missed coins in all of my uploaded runs, but I then went back to get them. In this run I miss a coin at 1:12:02 (the one on the bench) and at 1:13:25 I realise it and have to go back and find it. But no, I have not gotten to the end of the run, and only then realise that I missed a coin. I did miss a rune in my first live run though, which I only realised after I had finished the run.

They don't count no. The reason is they don't show up on an end of mission screen (the next one is for Campbell at 24:23), so verifying it is impossible without just having a list, which can be incomplete. It also wouldn't really make the run any more interesting, as there aren't any enemies to avoid. It would just be running around the pub for another few minutes.

The resolution can be as low as you are comfortable with. The only thing that matters is the framerate being high.

Again only the framerate matters, but getting a high enough framerate without a graphics card might be difficult. For reference I have a GTX 780, which easily clears the mark at 1080p.

Gold means I haven't done that split faster before. Hence, I was surprised that I what I thought was slow, was still faster than anything I had done previously. The split after that is a lot easier (it doesn't have anything unique to 100%), so there is less that can go wrong, so I would need to do really well to beat my previous best, which, unsurprisingly, I didn't. It is also worth noting that while I was -20.6 after "Somewhere Else...", I only saved 3.1 on that specific split.

The first is called a slip clip. It is done by blinking while the camera is on the other side of a wall, which is achieved by leaning and walking into it. The second is an elevator, and works because the game treats 90 degree corners as a bunch of climbable ledges, when you are at particular angles. The first drop onto the bridge skips the cutscene with Emily, the second drop when the assassins spawn gets rid of all my health which despawns the assassins and gets on with the plot which is faster than dealing with them myself.

It is the rune from her first quest: At 15:45, I place a spring razor, which kills the thugs outside Granny's house, and completes her first quest. I then do her second quest and only pick up the first rune at 18:05. It skips the cutscene where she appears behind you.

There are four other similar runes, a bone charm and a bunch of coins, all at the hounds pit pub that aren't picked up either. The reason they aren't picked up is because they don't show up on end of mission screens, so there isn't a good way to verify them, without keeping a manual tally. Also, fun fact: You can actually kill Boyle and still get the rune, as long as you only kill your target, and leave the other two alive.

No, but I have interact and jump bound to the scroll wheel up and down respectively, whenever I pick up coins I scroll up, which lets me pick them up faster than is feasible by just pressing F. At 10:42 I scroll down right before the loading screen, which skips directly to the outsider after the cutscene. Some people use a macro for that, and a free scroll mouse essentially achieves the same thing.
