Each of these character's deaths throughout the old series is what made them iconic in the first place, the feeling that even the main characters (Jackson, Roach, Soap, Yuri) and the most lethal of allies (Gaz, Griggs, Ghost, Sandman, Truck, Grinch) were not safe from uncertain death. This new trilogy had better do something just as good.
