Hi Jayne, Lovely bookmark from Julia, handmade always special. Nothing very exciting on tv, same old stuff. I do like some of the old black and white films though on Talking Pictures channel. I want to go out but it's too cold so staying indoors, once I get cold I just can't get warm even with the heat on. You always look cosy in your lovely coats and scarves. I always had new BMW and all Problems I never kept them more than 3 years I am now an Audi owner and I have had very good luck in the two years I’ve owned it … pricy but a good quality car in my opinion Be exciting to see what you get ! Do share when you do 😊

Oh we are the same i actually said on Friday night why do i sit through all there action and kids films programmes etc but every thing i like bit of reality tv the holiday rom com films all get put on bk burner which i never get to watch still need to catch up on xmas call the midwife ill watch that in march 😂 we did settle on carry on last night on netflix actually enjoyed it for saying it abit like diehard is it a Christmas film or not 😂 and same with cars we share a car due to him having a work van but he was not budging on a ford kuga bk in September which i mentioned i screamed house down as i thought to big for me ans in end best car weve ever owned havent told him though 😂❤

Ohh yes, we can never agree on what to watch or we start something and never finish it, I’m rubbish though, keep falling asleep haha he won’t want to bother watching anything with me again. Recently, I’ve been really struggling with perimenopause and I’m trying to start the process of getting some help with it. Just wondered if you have any experience with perimenopause, and if you have any advice or tips for how you’re managing it? I’m not normally an anxious person, but I can’t stop crying and my brain just doesn’t want to switch off from feeling constant anxiety. Xx

Hi carly, I hope you don't muns me replying. Make an appointment to see your gp. They will talk through all the available options with you and you both decide what you want to take. Don't suffer with it, there's many options available and can help enormously. The sooner you start a treatment, the less likely you will have worse symptoms when the menopause kicks in. I'm going through it aswel, it's horrible! If you can see a female gp I've found they're really helpful xxx

It's really difficult, some health centres are better than others. Don't let them fob you off, insist on it. I do know what you mean about being emotional, I'm the same, cry over anything and everything! Good luck with the gp xxx

Hi lovely phew yep it’s a nightmare being a lady isn’t it 🥹 I think I first started to change about 42 ish im now 46 I’ve not asked for any help yet but I can relate to all that my hormones are all the place , I sweat alot more I can be sweaty and cold at the same time lol , I’m defo more emotional and the brain fog phew it’s awful, I plod through it day by day but i actually think I’m only Normal for about 5 days a month now 🥹
