Green Pea Stew

Ingredients:
1 kg of pork shoulder
150 grams of bacon, cut into strips
3 onions
3 cloves of garlic
50 grams of tomato puree
200 grams of green peas
5-6 cl of dry white wine
2 pinches of salt into the cooking water of the green peas
Seasoning for the stew:
Salt
Crushed pepper mix
Crushed mustard seeds
Crushed coriander seeds
Marjoram
Parsley
It is recommended that you keep adding the cooking water of the green peas to the stew until fully cooked.
