Thanks for the review. I have this watch. 2 things and 1 that I'm working with support. If I don't keep my app open on my S21 Galaxy, it won't send me alerts or notifications. 2. Is there a way to get to your messages to go back to? I can't seem to find a way.

Have you tried forcing the app to run in the background? The phone's battery saver should ignore the app in its settings.

Yea... For the price it has good features, look, and build feel... But software side could use expansion

does it have google calendar and notification for it and can be synced with mobile calendar ?

You will get Google Calendar notifications of the come to your phone, but there is no direct incorporation

Can you make and receive calls on it or does it just show you the messages and missed calls

@@MrTasselhof I received mine today and Yes you can make and take calls from the watch. When you answer the call on the watch you will need to click the speaker icon and turn it up to be able to hear the caller.

Yes you can. I received my watch Monday and I made a call on it Tuesday to test it out. You can dial and everything. You have to turn the speaker on to hear, but the speaker isn't too loud.

My s5 froze today after 2 weeks of walking about 5 miles a day. it froze no screen, app couldnt talk to it. was decent but once u picked up walking speed to a slow waddle jog it would raise heart rate, lose steps, distance compared to.my sons apple. wont buy again because there is a dead review on even s3..u tube

@@MrTasselhof thanks for the quick response! I had a feeling since it's not explicitly mentioned anyway, but it's surprisingly hard to confirm! Still a really nice watch for the price. I just picked it up for $49.99 on Amazon and it's much higher quality than Amazfit's offerings in this price range. It's closest to their GTR 3 Pro, which is quite a bit more expensive.

You should be able to enable/toggle them in the app.

Hello @MrTasselhof My brand new Tozo S5 smart watch says "bind failed". When I open the watch it allows me to choose language. Then it asks me to connect the watch to the phone. When I tried to connect, it connects, but it didn't bind. I tried restarting both the watch and phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge), but didn't work. I also allowed all permissions on my phone, but didn't work. Please help @MrTasselhof, I bought the watch inspired by your great review. Thank you very much.

I appreciate the kind words. You might try doing a factory reset on the watch. Then have the TOZO app open and ready to connect.

When I long press the function button, the only options I get are Restart and Power Off. How can I get the reset option? You are a kind person. I thank you from the bottom my heart.

If you go to Menu (top right button) --> Setting --> System Menu --> Reset

@@MrTasselhof I am very sorry for bothering you this much. Let me explain again. I charged the watch for the first time yesterday as it is new. When I attached the charger, the watch started by itself and gave me language option and I chose English, and then it gave me QR code image. When I used the QR code image to connect the phone, it connected but it failed to bind with the phone. I couldn't get into the watch. Still the QR code is shown. There is no menu, setting, anything. Thank you.

Have you unpaired the Watch in your phone's bluetooth settings and made sure it was removed from the App? then try the scan again?
