Subaru Levorg exhaust and power up options, MRT XA and XB kit options

In japan the levorg is tuned to 221kw 400nm with the cvt so that gives you some idea how much the cvt can handle

But 2.0L Levorg have different cvt transimission than 1.6L version.

Hi there, just heard ur comments on the ‘launching’ of these things and U say it’s not good for the CVT but I’ve seen a Video from Subaru when they unveiled the CVT they introduced a “Launch Control” as a new feature which as described by them u put your foot on the brake the hold the accelerator to the floor and the cars holds the revs at 2500 rpms then u let ur foot off the brake and it kind of launches u rather then starting off at 0 rpms... so how can they reveal this as a CVT feature if it’s not good for the CVT??? Am I missing something?

Great video guys. Would it be fair to assume that the CVT will hold up with XB kit if the car was never tracked and Torque Converter never stalled? Just looking for a decent power upgrade for when it's needed (and wanted).

Check out Mighty car mods - they just recently did a manual sti swap to a levorg.

This means you are taking the full risk should any repairs be required, and at time of writing that means anything up to and including a $16,000-18,000 invoice from Subaru for a full transmission replacement. And add to that the $4000 bill for the exhaust and tune that will need to be removed and put back to standard. An engine tune alone can cause a CVT failure on these power trains, I know first hand!

lol STI levorg ? if it has the FA20 engine its completely the same usually just suspension / braking mods and aero pieces added
