@@sabitathapa2024 I myself am an example of this. I used to avoid eye contact, I used to avoid people, I didn’t like to talk to people. Slowly I started talking to people. Tried to make an eye contact. I didn’t have any friends before. Now I have few friends. All you need is willpower. I'm not saying I have become an extroverted person. I just somehow changed myself a bit.

Apne dosto k saath acha khasa baat karlungi but jab kuch aur logo k saamne jaake kuch bolna ho toh buri tarah se fatti hai .... Mujhe toh tention horahi hai aisa hi chalta Raha toh kya hoga zindagi me mera... I'm trying to fight through my social anxiety. Hopefully next year Tak mai isse ubhar pau

Haha..it's not at all introvert thing...us children belonging from army background are doing the thing named shifting from one state to another since our childhood...its not a big deal. Gandhinagar to Bangalore to jamnagar to shilong to Delhi nd alot more..+we even hv to change many houses every year even when we are living in our campus...so this is not introversion ..it's just she need to start building confidence
