Wenn ja, können Sie mir bitte helfen Meine 5Km Prüfung ist in 3 Wochen Ich hatte einige Gesundheitsprobleme in den letzten Monaten und danach habe ich nochmal mit dem Laufen angefangen, jedoch musste ich direkt aufhören da wir zu viel Schnee hatten (NRW) Jetzt schaffe ich die 5Km nicht und ich muss die unbedingt in 32min schaffen um erstmal zu bestehen Glauben Sie dass ich jeden Tag laufen kann? Wenn nicht, dann muss ich alle zwei Tage und dann habe ich nur 10 Tage zum trainieren (keine Ahnung ob das reicht) Ich hab Sport lk und weiß, dass man auf Regeneration achten muss, aber ich befinde mich in einer sehr schlechten Situation und muss (egal wie) bestehen Soll ich die 10 Tage trainiren oder soll ich lieber jeden Tag laufen gehen? Ich bim gestern laufen gegangen und hab 3km geschafft, danach hatte ich seitenstiche und war komplett kaputt Die zeit war auch schlecht Ich warte auf Ihre Antwort..

Hi MK, ich würde auf jeden Fall Pausentage einlegen. Du kannst durchaus mal 2 Tage hintereinander laufen gehen, aber niemals an beiden mit hoher Intensität, ein Lauf müsste dann regenerativ sein. Also 3-4 mal die Woche. Genug schlafen, ausgewogen essen und dann alles geben. Meld Dich wie es klappt!

Wird aber Uncle Sam nicht auch negativ dargestellt, weil er sich nicht um die Frau in Not kümmert, sondern eher darum dass, eigentlich kleine Feuer zu erlöschen und somit das eher kleiner dargestellt Problem, vorzieht als das große Feuer von einem wirklich gefährlichen Drachen, was eine viel größeres Problem sein sollte?

Ein guter Gedanke! Ich finde, dass das Problem (Feuer) ja nicht von Uncle Sam ausgeht, aber Du hast Recht - er kommt hier auch rein grafisch nicht als erhaben und klug daher. In einer Prüfung hätte ich den Gedanken als "plus" notiert ;-) Liebe Grüße!

Thanks for demonstrating a well-structured analysis. However, in the light of the current events we have to reevaluate the message of this specific cartoon. Don't you think? First of all, Donald Trump has done no damage to the democracy in the States. And it seems that the current President Biden - due to his absence, cognitive problems, chaos at the Mexican border and other problems - may turn out to be a far worse one. At least a very weak and non-transparent one. Kind regards

Hi Georg, thanks, I appreciate your feedback and the point you make. However, the cartoon argues exactly what you say - that Trump (with his matches) cannot effectively undermine American democracy within the USA. I'm not a huge fan of Biden myself and I agree he has many shortcomings, but I would argue that he does not try to undermine the democratic process, which Trump did extensively. All the best, Mr V
