Your missing the point on his testing. He is using Max brightness and running it through very strenuous apps like 4k video recording! I get on average with my Mi 9 I get 9-11hrs of on screen time and combined before I charge it 17-20hrs. The Mi 9 does very well on battery management.

Nice test. I'm so impressed with OP7 Pro's battery, even though it just lasted around 6hrs screen time, it's still acceptable as it's runs 90hz refresh rate display the whole time being tested. Imagine if it was switched to 60, it could've matched the Zenfone's.

One important point about the 1+ 7 pro is that - AFAIK - they're working on some sort of variable refresh rate so that when the screen isn't busy, the refresh rate will slow down - which in turn will also save battery in the long run. When this update comes out I do not know. but it's definitely something worth thinking about.

I have the OnePlus 7Pro and the screen...this 90Hz screen is incredible.. it makes all the other phones I use feel (not slow) just not as polished. Totally worth the upgrade. I had the S10 before. And this vibration motor is incredible.

Of course if the 3a XL had a series 4 Snapdragon it would do even better. I get between 7:30 and 8:00 hours SOT from my Galaxy S10+ on a regular daily basis. I use my phone all day and use it for music, videos (KZbin, Netflix, etc...), social media (Facebook, Twitter), email, texting, light games, and of course, phone calls.

This just shows that having the ultimate chip-set in a smartphone is overkill for any kind of usage nowadays! Wait for google Pixel 4 dual camera. If it îs not too expensive. Or save the bucks and buy the Pixel 3a XL.Great camera battery and experience.

Great result for OnePlus 7 PRO. Biggest display area of all phones in this comparison, 90Hz, excellent quality display and still managed to fare only 10% worse than Asus ZenFone 6 with 5000mah and Pixel 3a XL with its tiny display. :)

So good video as always while i don't really get the :"I turn all phones down to Full HD + SIXTY hz but hey! I think i let the 7 pro run at NINETY hz just for a real, fair comparison thingy...@ 60hz it would at least survive over the OP7 and maybe close be close to Zenfone with wopping 5000mah battery 😉 Cheers
