The closer you are to the middle the stronger the mobs get, the better the loot gets.Farming outskirts chests like you did in the episode, is what you do. You do this till you have a decent P3+ set with some overload, and some other enchants if you want. Boss Slayer only works on Bosses/Elites. The green chest particles are rarities, with green being second worse chest but is still good. Anyways great episode :)
