This song. This song...just oozzes epicness. And completely describes the feeling you get when you beat the game. Bittersweet. The world is saved and everyone is happy. Serah and Dajh are back. But Vanille and Fang are gone...It's like Loosing Tidus again. But this time...it's Fang and Vanille. Characters that really made the game it's own. And in truth. Vanille's the one that made the game for me and loosing her was unbearable...especially when Hope was looking for Fang and Vanille at the end.

Listening to this and Ni Nk Kuni's soundtrack, I'm really falling in love with Japanese orchestration. So much raw emotion and passion in them

Love this song, IMO best song in the Ost. Especially I love how this music gets more and more epic as it goes on, just when you think the music has reached it's most epic point, it gets even more epic on next note. Music that gets better and better all the way to the end is what I call great music.

So I just beat the game, and when I heard this, I was blown away. Every note in this piece ties the story so well together. SquareEnix knows who to hire for composing.

Personally, I think FF XIII is one of the highest quality games this generation along with Bioshock Infinite and MGS 4. Problem with Square atm is they have such a small output of games. In PSOne era, they were putting out so many new IPs like Xenogears, Tactics, Vagrant Stories, Threads of Fate, etc. This gen they only put out XIII, XIII-2 and XIV (thank goodness for Eidos making Deus Ex 3, Hitman, Tomb Raider for them). They definitely have quality but take too long in production.

La banda sonora de Final Fantasy XIII es una de las mejores que he escuchado en los videojuegos. Espero que Final Fantasy XV tambien tenga una banda sonora espectacular como esta, aunque es muy probable, ya que tienen a la mejor compositora de los videojuegos: Yoko Shimomura.

@grayfoxpianist11 Yeah, they just dont know how to stick to things that they used to be reeeally good at. I played through 13, beat everything in it including the hardest boss and all the missions etc., yet i still like the games from 7-10 waaaay better, as far as how they are played. As for the story however....now that was amazing.

I found them fairly challenging to me. Sorry you felt the game sucked, I didn't. I've already had my fill of debates on this when the game came out anyway so let's just agree to disagree.

Ummm nope, loved the battle system and before you say," But you just hit the "X" button over and over!" please present a video of someone defeating a Long Gui by just spamming X and I'll agree the game is doo-doo.
