I played Knack 1 over the summer, and i enjoyed. I also enjoyed the size changing that the game involves.

There are actually quite a lot of types of pyramids. The one you were thinking was a squared pyramid, the same kind as the ones in the desert, though there are triangular ones, pentagonal ones, etc. The name squared or triangular just says which kind if base it has, which is pretty obvious, and the number of sides changes depending on how many sides the base has. While the "6 faced polygon" you were talking about can be many things, it's most commonly associated with squared prism. And yes, cubes are considered special squared prisms, if you're wondering, kinda like how a square is a special rectangle.
