To add three different texts in a single cell with each text on a new line in Microsoft Excel, you can use a combination of the ampersand (&) and the CHAR function to insert line breaks. Here are the steps:
Type the first text in the cell.
Press Alt + Enter to insert a line break within the same cell.
Enter the second text.
Again, press Alt + Enter to insert another line break.
Finally, type the third text.
Alternatively, you can use a formula to concatenate the text with line breaks. Follow these steps:
Select the cell where you want to display the combined text.
Enter the following formula:
= "First Text" & CHAR(10) & "Second Text" & CHAR(10) & "Third Text"
Replace "First Text," "Second Text," and "Third Text" with your desired text strings. CHAR(10) represents a line feed character in Excel, which creates a line break within the cell.
