By power query, i need check first cell if less than zero sum it with second cell in another column then repeat steps on second if negative sum it third cell ,, till reach positive value to put value in another column

Regarding the second example you worked on, Custom Grouping, why was there a need to partition the original table? Is it possible to achieve the same outcome (excluding n records that fall in 5%) without partitioning the table?
