sir one more thing is that if we get schoalrhip above 1000 usd then we get in state tuiton fees for texas universities, but i have heard it will be only for 1 academic year and we wont be getting next academic year. So can you please also share your thoughts about this

That is true. If you have a GRE score less than 305, you may need to take additional courses, which an admission officer will let you know after reviewing your application.

That's correct. A few UTA departments, such Biology, Chemistry have waived off GRE. But it is still required for other departments such as computer science and engineering . It would be a good idea not to apply and find a similar university that would match your scores. Application fees cost somewhere between $75 to $100, and it is always wise to use that money and apply to a university where the chances of admission are good.
