Hakka Radish Dumpling
Ingredients:
300 g glutinous rice flour,
150 g rice flour,
100 g boiled water,
600 g radishes,
150 g minced meat,
6 mushrooms,
50 g shrimp,
30 g scallion,
15 g raw-soy-bean sauce,
5 g salt,
3 g ground pepper,
8 bamboo or Shell-flower leaves
Cook's Notes:
Adding appropriate water into the flour. Less is better.
