I love her. I absolutely love her. In the beginning when this show was coming out I was very vary about like everything about the show I didn't wanna watch her interviews or the clips or anything related to it really because I was worried marvel wouldn't have done it right I was worried they wouldn't have picked the right person or would've made the show or picked a person who would make Muslims or Pakistanis bad because we haven't had the best reputation and almost all of the representations I've ever seen in my life upto a very recent point in time have been terrible. Every representation in every movie weather in hollywood or bollywood has been nothing short of insult. That is the kind of representation I have grown up with. That is the kind of representation I'm used to. To the point where whenever I see Muslims or Pakistanis being represented I'm just like "please don't I enjoy this show/whatever don't ruin it for me I don't need the representation it's fine." I could on and on but point is everything she's said is so true. We haven't really had accurate representation and it's long overdue. The first time I saw accurate representation was a month ago in a cartoon and it made my heart swell. I legitimately cried because the Muslim representation was done SO well (shout out to young justice).

They twist her words, just pick out parts of her diversity-speech and turn something with good intention (more diversity, more non-white press personal and interviewers and more females) into somethin racist and sexist. Haters like to think the MCU cast hates her and that Brie is arrogant. Nobody has to like anybody but hate should not be tolerated. Brie is introverted, rather shy and quite private. But when she's in the right environment or paired with people she likes and trusts, she can thrive and show how great she is. Her own youtube channel proves that she is full of love and not at all interested in hate.

I hope with The Marvels, the story of Captain Marvel evolves further than what we saw in the first part because that was "just" the origin story. Many hate Brie Larson, because they believe what a few people feed them. They took Brie's famous infamous diversity speech out of context, made her a racist sexist men-hating woman. Almost nobody bothered to watch the actual speech. Then these people claim that other MCU actors like Hemsworth and Cheadle hate Brie because there appeared to be tention in an interview. I think Brie had a hard time doing that particular interview because she's introverted and not really experienced with these kind of joking around interviews. Her humour came off wrong and that was another reason for haters to bully her online. Also Brie got hate for her aggressive attitude in the Wired autocomplete interview. I'm convinced she just played a character in response to all the hate she got. She was just messing around, because when doing the puppy interview and few other interviews, she was rocking the same blue suit and she was super friendly. She just took the opportunity to mess with the internet when she asked herself these boring questions and she went full into troll mode by giving snarky, sarcastic answers. But if you watch only a few clips of Brie, you KNOW that she is not like that. Definitely not. She's not meanspirit. Unfortunately, there's no remedy against stupidity. People spread hate and twist Brie's words out of context. Everyone should watch her on Ellen, with Scarlett, on Kimmel, Fallon, with Samuel L. Jackson and her own youtube channel to see what Brie Larson is like and what she is not like.
