That is a good question. You know Zohoora, everyone is responsible for their own actions. Those who wear open dresses etc. are responsible & will answer for their own choices & actions. The best we can do is follow what Allah commanded & help other humans as much as we can.

+Zohoora Muhammad Good question, Why don't you become a scholar, plus get a Degree from a university and then inspire the women of the west, so they listen to you. I suggested for you to get a degree from University so that people may give you credence when you talk to them. Salam AK.
