Let us see which planets are malefic, which planets are benefic and which are neutral for Cancer Ascendants.
Normally, lords of 3rd, 6th, and 11th houses do not give good results. Lords of Kendra (1,4,7,10) and Tine (1,5,9) houses, give good results. If a planet owns both Kendra and Trine places for an ascendant, they become Raja Yoga Karaka for that ascendant. Only a few ascendants have planets that are Raja Yoga Karaka like this. Cancer is one of them.
For Cancer Ascendant, Mars is Raja Yoga Karaka as the owner of both 10th (Kendra) and 5th (Trine) houses. Be becomes first rated benefic for Cancer ascendants.
Jupiter is lord of 9th house. It is one of the most benefic places in the horoscope. Hence Jupiter is benefic for Cancer Ascendant. Though Jupiter is lord of 6th, due to his lordship of the 9th house, which is the most benefic place, he becomes benefic for Cancer Ascendant. Jupiter is lord of 9th house - Sagittarius, in Kala Purusha Chakra. Jupiter gives excellent results as lord of 9th house as Dharma Karaka for Cancer Ascendant. Hence, 9th lordship overrules lordship of 6th for Cancer Ascendants and Jupiter is Benefic for them.
Mercury is lord of 3rd and 12th house for cancer ascendants. Virgo is ‘Moolatrikona’ place for Mercury and hence with 3rd lordship, he is powerful to give evil results for Cancer Ascendants. Hence, Mercury is first rated malefic for Cancer Ascendants. However, if is in association with other benefics, he gets neutralized to give benefic results.
Venus is lord of 4th and 11th. 11th house most is malefic amongst Upachaya houses. Hence Venus is malefic for Cancer Ascendants. However, as Venus owns 4th house Libra, if he stays there in his own house, he gives excellent results forming Malavya Maha Purusha Yoga becoming neutral for Cancer Ascendants in such situation. Otherwise, his 11th house lordship predominates, and Venus remains malefic for Cancer Ascendants.
Saturn is lord of 7th and 8th house. The 8th house rules longevity and sudden events in life. 7th house is also maraka place and hence ruling 7th and 8th, Saturn is capable of pulling the natives to death like situations. At the same time, the 8th house gives 50% good results and 7th house is a Kendra place. Hence as lord of 7th and 8th house, Saturn becomes a neutral planet for Cancer Ascendants. Depending on his placement, he gives good or bad results as lord of 7th and 8th for Cancer Ascendants. If Saturn is in his own house in 7th, he forms Sasha Maha Purusha Yoga, giving excellent benefic results. Hence, overall, Saturn is a neutral planet for Cancer Ascendants.
Sun is lord of the 2nd house for cancer ascendants. Owning 2nd, he becomes Dhana Karaka for Cancer Ascendants and also Maraka planet for them as lord of the 2nd house. Depending on his placement, he gives good or bad results. Hence Sun is a neutral planet for Cancer Ascendants.
Moon is lord of the 1st house for Cancer Ascendant. 1st house is both Kendra and Trine place. Hence Moon gives good results for Cancer Ascendants and is a Benefic for them. Especially, when placed in the 1st house itself, he gives excellent results.
To sum up, Mars, Jupiter, and Moon are benefic planets for Cancer Ascendants in that order. Mercury, Venus is equally malefic planets. Saturn and Sun are neutral planets for Cancer Ascendants.

I think i have the worst horoscope in this whole world. All planets like shani, rahu, ketu, kuja which are called papa Grahas placed in bad houses , benefic planets also nothing sort of good. Being born is itself a sin for me. Nothing good happened in life and no hopes of future also. And being with Saturn 8th house, it gives long life with hell lot of problems and difficulties.
